· SD and Compact Flash card reader not working in Windows 10 Good afternoon. I inserted my CF card into my PC today and it did not show at all. I had used it about a week ago with no issue. To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver. But when it searches windows update there is no driver for it. Update driver says I have the best. Go to Device Manager Other devices and look for XQD Memory Card with a yellow exclamation mark. Right-click on XQD Memory Card and select Update driver. Select Search automatically for updated driver software. After the driver update is complete, eject XQD card, wait a few seconds (~ seconds), and re-insert XQD card back into the reader. · Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab. Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box. Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK. Try installing the driver and check.
